You will need a valid KSSN, there is a list of about 1500 KSSN given here at http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5788382/KSSN.txt

It may take you a while to get a valid kssn, it only took me one try but I got lucky. I just went like 30% down the list and picked one.

When you successfully get a valid kssn that isn't already taken it'll forwrad you to the next step.

[b]Step 4[/b]
The username stuff here blows, but keep trying and eventually you'll get a free one. I had to try like six times. If you keep getting an error post the error here I'll see if I can translate it. Make sure you are using Internet Explorer, and have allowed all of the addons and shit access. You can remove them when your done.
